RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can send a return request by filling out the form below.

Before doing so, however, read carefully the few rules below!

  • The request for  return must be made within  5 days from receipt of the goods. After this period of time, the request will not be accepted.

  • It is not possible to return customized items and / or on special customer request (for example Rainbow Kit with colors selected by the customer or garments with customized embroidery) or article  without the original packaging  

  • The goods will be returned in their original packaging protected by another suitable wrapping to avoid any alteration of the original packaging during transport; all accessories must be present and there must be no signs of wear or damage. In other words, the items must be re-salable as new. Should they return to the warehouse damaged, the refund will not take place.

  • Goods  must be promptly returned to Mamode Srls by means of suitable traceability. If the package returns to the warehouse after 10  working days from the time of the return request this  will not be accepted.

  • Mamode Srls provides its courier to collect the package to be returned. The cost of the service is € 7.50
